1. The Range master is in charge at all times.  Anyone who can not follow his or her directions or these rules will be "asked" to leave.

2.  Before anyone may pass in front of the firing line (The front of the shooting benches) there must be a "cease fire" and all firearms must be unloaded, chambers, cylinders open and laid pointing down range upon the shooting benches.  Yellow chamber flags must be in place before anyone moves forward of the shooting line! Shooting flags are available at the club house.

3.  During a "Cease Fire" NO ONE MAY HANDLE ANY FIREARMS AT THE FIRING LINE FOR ANY REASON, including packing, unpacking, or cleaning.  Please stand behind the red line.  Bolts, actions, and cylinders must be open on all firearms.  Please use chamber flags.

4.  All firearms will be loaded only at the firing line and shall be unloaded before they are taken from the firing line.  Do not walk behind the benches with a loaded firearm.

5.  When firing from a standing position, the muzzle should be just forward of the firing line.  When firing from a sitting position the shooter should be shooting from the side of the bench.

6.  No draw and fire, unsighted, or uncontrolled fire.  If you are firing in such a manner you will be "asked"  to leave.

7.  When handling firearms, always keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction, do not put your finger on the trigger until your sights are on the target.

10. Anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult of at least 21 years of age.

11. If you bring youngsters to the range, they must be directly supervised at all times.  If they shoot, an adult should be standing close enough to reach the gun and prevent a handling error.
